With the blessing of His Eminence Metropolitan Gerasimos of San Francisco, the Greek Orthodox Metropolis of San Francisco Young Adult League (YAL) is excited to welcome young adults ages 18–35 to the 2026 YAL Conference taking place Labor Day Weekend, September 3–7, 2026, at the iconic Westin St. Francis in San Francisco, California.

This year’s theme, ROOTED, invites Greek Orthodox young adults from across the Archdiocese to come together for a weekend centered around faith, fellowship, service, and unforgettable experiences in the Bay Area.

Expect a weekend filled with:
— Inspiring worship services and spiritual growth
— Meaningful conversations and young professional panels
— Service opportunities and community impact
— Waterfront gatherings, nightlife, excursions, and late-night parea
— New friendships and memories that last far beyond the weekend

Hosted by a passionate team of young adults with deep roots in the San Francisco Metropolis, ROOTED is designed to bring together the next generation of Orthodox leaders, creatives, professionals, and changemakers in a way that feels authentic, energizing, and Christ-centered.
