The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese Department of Youth and Young Adult Ministries (Y2AM) is excited to announce that the 2026 National Young Adult League (YAL) Conference will be held in Cleveland, Ohio, hosted by His Eminence Metropolitan Savas and the Metropolis of Pittsburgh—with the blessing of His Eminence Archbishop Elpidophoros of America.

This five-day event will bring together Orthodox Christian young adults (ages 18–35) from across the country for a transformative experience centered on faith, fellowship, worship, service, and community. The Conference will run concurrently with the Biennial Clergy Laity Congress and the National Philoptochos Biennial Convention.

Led by Chair John Panos and a dynamic Planning Committee, the 2026 Conference will feature inspiring speakers, interactive workshops, a city immersion experience, and a “Diakonia” service project—all designed to deepen spiritual connection and strengthen bonds within the Church.

Applications are now open to join the 2026 National YAL Conference Committee. Young adults ages 18-35 who are passionate about serving and shaping the future of Orthodox young adult ministry are encouraged to apply by September 22, 2025.

Conference registration will open Spring 2026.

Pan-Hellenism Weekend 2025 will provide Greek American and Philhellene young adults 21-and-over with an affordable, fun, classy, and quality event which allows attendees from DC and over two dozen different states the opportunity to network in a relaxed and welcoming environment while helping raise money for over a dozen Greek American non-profit organizations and charities.  Since the first edition of Pan-Hellenism Weekend in 2009, this weekend has raised $100,000 for our cosponsor organizations.

Highlights of the weekend include Thursday and Saturday Happy Hours, a Friday Greek Night, Saturday Late Night Party, and a Sunday afternoon farewell event!

The Atlanta Greek Film Expo celebrates a decade of bringing the best of contemporary Greek cinema to Atlanta. From October 17–19, 2025 at the historic Tara Theatre on Cheshire Bridge Road, the weekend event features a dynamic lineup of feature films, shorts, special events, and celebrity guests.
This year’s Expo will open with Stelios, a critically acclaimed box office hit in Greece that chronicles the life of beloved singer Stelios Kazantzidis. After the screening, audiences will enjoy a live Q&A with lead actress Asimenia Voulioti, who stars as Marinella in the film. A Red Carpet Opening Party will follow at the Tara Theatre.
The weekend program includes four additional feature films: the documentary Takis, the comedy Murphy’s Law, and two dramas, Riviera and Meat. The Expo will also showcase four short films and the premiere of Atlanta artist George Skaroulis’ latest music video.
The celebration concludes at Kyma, Atlanta’s premiere Greek restaurant, with the Grand Finale Party where the audience can mix and mingle in true Greek style.
“Ten years ago, we launched the Expo to connect Atlanta with Greece’s vibrant film culture,” said Maria Sharp, Lykion ton Ellinidon Atlanta President. “This year’s milestone edition honors that tradition with films, music, and celebrations that reflect the heart of Greek creativity.”

Celebrate Greek culture and heritage in a truly authentic way—Taverna Style! Happening October 11th and 12th, the Annual Greek Festival will feature an authentic Greek food, pastry, music, dancing and more!

Saturday, October 11th from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Saturday, October 12th from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.​​​​

​The event also provides shopping opportunities at the Holy Trinity Agora (market), the St. Theodora's Gift Shop and Bookstore as well as the Zaharoplastio (for pastries and treats to take home!). The Kafenio will be serving up Greek frappes and friendly bartenders will have plenty of ouzo lemonada, beer and wine available for purchase.​

The South Florida Greek Film Festival will celebrate the full gamut of modern Greek cinema from Saturday, October 11, 2025, through Sunday, October 19, 2025 in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, presented by the Hellenic Cultural Society of South Florida https://hellenicculturalsocietyofsouthflorida.org/.

Dedicated to showcasing emerging and well-known Greek, Cypriot and Greek diaspora filmmakers, the Festival will screen a curated lineup of feature films, documentaries, and shorts offering audiences the diversity of narratives, themes and styles explored by the growing and globally recognized Greek film industry.

The Festival will screen movies in two theaters: Savor Cinema, 503 SE 6th Street, Fort Lauderdale, and The Bill Cosford Cinema, 5030 Brunson Drive, Coral Gables. All films will be shown with English-language subtitles.
